#1 JOB VACANCY ADVERTISING AND CV SELECTION
- Job adverts written, optimised for job board searching and branded as your company.
- Job adverts posted widely to the premium job boards – Reed, Totaljobs, CV Library, Jobsite and CityJobs and run for up to 42 days.
- Job adverts posted to the free sites – Indeed, Career Jet, Adzuna, Jobsora, Post Job Free, Jooble, Talent, Jobomas, Google and many others.
- Job adverts posted on our personal and company LinkedIn feeds, Facebook, Twitter and the Recruitment Rebellion careers page.
- Four hours CV searching on the job board databases pushing the role in front of candidates with relevant experience.
- CVs filtered and shared with you.
- Free recruitment guide to attracting candidates and managing the hiring process.
- Consultation – who are you looking to recruit and how can we assist you. Advice on salaries, skills availability and market conditions etc.
- Access to your own client portal on our cloud-based GDPR compliant recruitment portal so you can manage the hiring process.
- Advert extensions and re-runs at a reduced fee of £500.
- 2nd and additional hires at £500 per person.
#2 FULLY MANAGED RECRUITMENT
- Everything in service #1.
- All candidate communications, arranging interviews, giving decisions and feedback right through to offer and acceptance.
- Unlimited recruitment advice 9-5 Monday to Friday.
- Unlimited recorded video or audio 1st interviews.
- Comprehensive CV searching on the job board databases pushing the role in front of candidates with relevant experience.
- Approaches to 15 profiles on LinkedIn that match the role criteria including those profiles of your choice.
- Suitability checks against specific criteria, complete forms, send out tests and candidates with relevant experience.
- Shared workflow through our cloud-based recruitment portal.
- Job advert re-evaluation and reporting.
- Effectively your talent outsource for the time you are recruiting.
- Fees paid in instalments 1/3 at the start, 1/3 at interview shortlist and 1/3 on completion.
- Full length recorded video interviews – £50 each.
- Recruitment search (10% + vat when taken with another service).
